Industrial Maintenance Electrician – Ripon, WI
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5 AM - 3 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3 PM - 1 AM
Weekend Nights: Friday – Sunday, 4 PM - 4 AM
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive pay: Electro-Mechanical Tech II - $34.13 - $38.46, Tech III - $38.94 - $43.27
Sign-on bonus: $5,000 – $10,000 (depending on shift)

Important Requirement:
Due to the union agreement, a 2-year Associate Degree in a related field is required.
What You’ll Do:
Design, install, test, and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits and PLC/electronic systems.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Install controls and read/interpret schematics and blueprints.
Dismantle and repair electrical equipment (motors, transformers, armatures, etc.).
Perform basic mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.
Interpret blueprints and complete electrical installations (panels, conduit, circuits).
Use a computer-based CMMS system to document maintenance work and look up parts.
Provide direction to junior maintenance staff as needed.
What You Need to Bring:
2-year Associate Degree (required)
2–4 years of industrial electrical experience
Solid understanding of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
Comfort reading schematics and troubleshooting control systems
Computer skills for maintenance tracking (CMMS)
Must pass a physical (lift 50 lbs), drug screen, and background check
