    Job Description

    We are an online company that focuses on alternative financing for Electronics & Appliances to customers with low, bad or no credit. We are currently looking to fill a position for a local Customer Service Representative. No quota’s - just walking customers through an application, purchase process and post sale.

    We sell brand name electronics such as; Apple, Samsung, Whirlpool, GE, Sony, Bose, Beats by Dre., etc. so having knowledge of popular consumer electronics and appliances is helpful, but not necessary.

    Applicant should be computer and tech savvy, having previous experience using online web support and ticketing systems such as ZenDesk. Knowledge of navigating social media websites is a plus.

    Work flow consists of mainly taking inbound chat and email inquiries and explaining the details of the lease contract, payment plans and product selection.

    This is an office position located conveniently in San Diego Central. The candidate will need to work weekdays and weekends.

    Candidate should have a positive attitude, clear communication skills, the ability to multitask, and efficiently manage their time. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus. Ability to meet a minimum typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

    Ideal person may have worked as an inside Customer Service representative in the past.
