Role Overview: Core Services Group is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Support - Electro-Magnetic Warfare and Electronic Warfare (EMW / EW) Fleet Reach Back Support for the Commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC). In this role, you will provide tactical and operational expertise to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of the Surface Force across multiple warfare domains.

Mid-level tactical reach back support" is a response capability that entails the process by which forward-deployed units at the operational (mid) or tactical (low) levels obtain expertise, potential solution sets, and often system alignment TTPs from non-deployed, often continental United States (CONUS)-based, organizations.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of military experience

At least 8 of those years in Electro-Magnetic and Electronic Warfare

Carrier/Expeditionary Strike Group, Fleet, Major Training Command, Systems Testing Command, or similar military organization planning experience

Experience in the following:

Navy Combat Systems development

Rapid Capability Development process

Review and Collaboration on Navy Technical Documentation

Navy T&E process

Qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to support war-fighting readiness, capabilities, and capacity evaluations

Microsoft Office suite of programs (Access, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Word)

Key Responsibilities:

Strong analytical skills to assess and improve tactical training and operational strategies

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for interfacing with Navy leadership and cross-functional teams

Security Clearance:

Possess current SECRET Security Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
