ECS is seeking an Imagery Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical and analysis expertise for an ongoing effort. The successful candidate should possess a high-level of focus, for a high-paced project to help develop training data for the next generation of artificial intelligence systems. Employee will support a team of image analysts and annotators. Employee will be required to analyze images and label objects according to pre-defined descriptions with a high degree of accuracy. Labeling entails using a software application to draw a box around objects in a dataset of images and match those objects to descriptions. This position will assist with data management (collections, annotations, etc) customer engagements, to include technical discussions with network engineers and software development teams and project management activities and technical support. The individual will be responsible for coordination between multiple organizations and will be required to track and respond quickly to action items. This position will support a Project Manager and Technical Team. This position will be based in Northern Virginia. Required Skills Must be Must have an active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain a TSSCI Clearance The candidate must have 4-6 years' experience as a GEOINT analyst exploiting imagery, intelligence, geographic products to create intelligence solutions for warfighters and senior government officials. This includes assessing, manipulating, exploiting data digital imagery processing intelligence product generation communicating missions, issues, and GEOINT requirements training junior analysts and briefing senior officials. The candidate must be very experienced with SAR and familiar with EOIRMultispectral. The ideal candidate will have spent 4-6 years performing work as a PED analyst and be versed in their specific mission requirements. Must be IT-savvy with an innate curiosity about technology Interpersonal skills and the ability to provide over-the-shoulder user support is paramount Experience in performance analysis, configuration control and change requests, IT project management, software deployment, and technical support Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, extreme attention to detail, experience developing and delivering project briefs and presentations. Desired Skills Top SecretSCI clearance preferred Experience with data labeling software Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and the fundamentals of computer networking, information assurance and network security is helpful PED analyst background preferred.
