    Responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing data and developing reports from various sources from the client or vendor to support the Evidence of Insurability processes.
    • You will plan the coordination of workflow and assignments among specialists responsible for implementing and maintaining electronic feeds for Medical Underwriting.
    • You will help with implementation of groups and their enrollment vendors for EOI vendor integration work supporting development, validation, testing & documentation of EOI rules for the integration.
    • You are responsible for initiation, validation and completion of EOI census uploads and handling error reports.
    • You will be analyzing feed issues and working with Business Analysts and/or IT to resolve.
    • You will be responsible for training team members.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree OR 4 years of business experience
    • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Training and coordination skills
    • Experience multi-tasking
    • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes
