    Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson with the potential and desire to transition into a management role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop a high-performing sales team. As a Salesperson with the aspiration to become a manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth while learning the necessary skills to take on a leadership position in the future.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Performance:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.

    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing customers.

    1. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

    1. Team Development: (Develop Sales Representative organization)

    • Collaborate with the sales team to set individual and team sales targets.

    • Coach and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to improve their performance.

    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.

    1. Sales Strategy:

    • Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategy and execution of the sales strategy to drive business growth.

    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

    1. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to management.

    1. Transition to Managerial Role:

    • Engage in ongoing professional development to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for a managerial position.

    • Collaborate with existing managers to gain insight into team management, operations, and leadership.

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a successful Sales/marketing person or in a related sales role.

    Prior digital marketing experience through on line market places is a plus.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    • Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

    • Ability to lead and mentor a sales team effectively.

    • Ambition to progress into a management role.

    • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
