    Location: Roanoke, TX 76177

    Pay Rate: $19.25/hour

    Schedule: Monday – Friday

    Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

    Are you a skilled electronics professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and working with advanced test systems? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Electronic Technician II to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring product quality and performance while supporting production operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    What You’ll Do

    As an Electronic Technician II, you will be responsible for supporting production by setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting test systems and electronic products down to the component level. Your expertise will help ensure that all products meet strict quality and safety standards.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Set up, configure, calibrate, and operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, soldering tools, and other electronic diagnostic devices
    • Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair products to the component level with accuracy and efficiency
    • Read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics and technical documentation
    • Partner with Quality Control teams to ensure proper product setup, calibration, and compliance standards are met
    • Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to gather New Product Information (NPI) and help resolve test or design-related issues
    • Utilize and maintain accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
    • Support continuous improvement by training team members and implementing process enhancements within the department
    • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and customer-specific requirements to maintain a safe working environment

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electronics
    • Experience working with test equipment and diagnostic tools
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
    • Familiarity with production or manufacturing environments is a plus
    • Minimal Soldering Experience
