    Electronics Technician
    Direct Hire | Isanti, MN | $26.00 – $32.00
    Full-time | On-site

    About the Role:
    Konik is partnering with an electronic device manufacturer. They are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Electronics Technician to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling, repairing, and testing electronic devices such as transmitters and receivers. You’ll also support the engineering team in prototype development and help maintain quality control standards throughout production.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assemble, repair, test, and perform final checkouts of electronic components and systems.
    • Collaborate with engineers on prototype builds and evaluations.
    • Perform quality control inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Follow all company protocols and safety procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
    • Take on additional tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Technical certification with at least two years of related training.
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
    • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
    • Proficient with microscopes, video magnifiers, and other visual inspection tools.
    • Skilled in using oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other electronic testing equipment.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
    • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
    • Available for overtime as needed.

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday
    • 8-hour day shifts
    • Overtime as required
