    Electronics Product and Shipping Specialist

    Employment Type: Part-time (approximately 25 hours per week), with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.

    Position Overview

    This is an in-person position focusing on the accuracy, organization, and flow of all our inventory-related activities, from receiving unique serialization and labeling to packaging and light assembly of our products in our stockroom. (THIS IS NOT A LARGE WAREHOUSE ROLE) We are a small organization where precision, teamwork, and reliability are highly required to succeed.

    The ideal candidate is very meticulous, self-motivated, and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in their work. This role requires extreme attention to detail, critical thinking, and a hands-on approach to keeping our inventory and stockroom running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Shipping & Fulfillment (AFTER 12PM)

    Prepare, package, and ship all daily product orders with accuracy and care 20-50 orders per day.

    Ensure all items are scanned, packaged securely, and labeled correctly before shipment leaves our office.

    Record and scan each item unique serial numbers for all outgoing products on each order to maintain traceability.

    Assist with all product assemblies, labeling and boxing as needed.

    1. Receiving & Inbound Shipments

    Verify all incoming shipments from 10+ vendors for accuracy, quantity, and condition.

    Log, label and organize received items in designated stockroom locations as needed

    Maintain detailed, up-to-date records for all inbound inventory.

    1. Inventory Management & Reporting

    Maintain inventory accuracy through meticulous tracking, labeling, and documentation.

    Match serial numbers and confirm data integrity across systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or internal tracking software).

    Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts

    Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking and product assembly as needed.

    Use logic and critical thinking to identify and resolve inconsistencies or potential process improvements each day

    1. Stockroom Organization & Team Collaboration

    Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and well-labeled.

    Communicate closely with team members to coordinate inventory, production, and shipping needs.

    Work with a sense of urgency during high-volume periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.

    1. Additional Duties

    Perform other duties and cross-departmental tasks as assigned.

    Support special projects and ongoing process improvements.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

    • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

    • Reliable, punctual, and consistent in work habits.

    • Comfortable standing for most of the workday and lifting up to 30 lbs.

    • Experience with inventory systems (QuickBooks Enterprise, Vinyl, or similar software) preferred.

    • Previous experience in the printing, barcoding, or labeling industry is a plus.

    • Success in this role requires consistency, precision, and the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks with care.

    • Strong data entry skills with fast typing and 10-key proficiency; able to review and input high volumes of numerical data accurately.

    • Able to follow written step-by-step instructions thoroughly and efficiently. • Proven problem-solving and time management skills.
