We're looking for caregivers in the San Diego area who can assist our clients with daily activities in their homes.
Our clients are typically older adults, people who have been discharged from the hospital, etc, who need a hand to stay safe, independent, and/or socialized in their home.
Your superpowers should include:
Preparing and serving meals
Providing companionship and conversation
Providing medication reminders
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
A commitment to being present and reliable
A desire to help others
Flexible scheduling
Competitive compensation: $200 referral bonus (becomes $300 after exceeding 5 referrals), PTO, reimbursed drive time, time-and-a-half when working on your birthday and holidays, minimum of 6 hours shifts (most are 8 to 12 hours), overtime pay
