Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with state and district curriculum standards

Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning

Assess and monitor student progress through observations, assignments, and standardized assessments

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development

Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administrators to support school-wide initiatives

Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field required

Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (PK-4 or K-6 preferred)

Prior classroom teaching or student teaching experience preferred

Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum, pedagogy, and child development

Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills

Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for educating young children
