Who We're Looking For

What You'll Do
As our Elementary Science Teacher, you will:
Implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)
Deliver hands-on, inquiry-based instruction in science to spark curiosity and critical thinking
Use performance data to provide targeted instruction and support individual student growth
Analyze and adjust lessons to meet diverse learning needs, including collaborating with special education staff to modify curricula
Create a positive, structured classroom environment where students feel respected, challenged, and motivated
Balance high academic expectations with opportunities for collaborative activities and exploration
Communicate regularly with families about student progress
Participate in coaching, professional development, and school community events
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required)
Texas teaching certificate (preferred but not required)
At least one year of successful teaching experience strongly preferred
