Job Title: Elementary Special Education Teacher Location: Philadelphia, PA Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are partnering with Philadelphia schools to place a dedicated Special Education Teacher for elementary grades. This is a contract position managed through our agency, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while receiving ongoing support from our team.

Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor IEPs in collaboration with school staff

Provide individualized and small-group instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)

Prior experience in elementary special education strongly preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
