Elementary Student Support Specialist (San Francisco)
Job Description
The Student Support Specialist provides direct, student-centered behavioral and social-emotional support to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within a bilingual, international school setting. Working under the guidance of the Director of Student Support & Counseling, this role supports the implementation of student support practices across elementary grades.
The Student Support Specialist is a hands-on practitioner who collaborates with faculty, counselors, administrators, and families to deliver targeted interventions, promote positive behavior, and contribute to an inclusive, developmentally responsive school culture.
The position reports dually to the Director of Student Support & Counseling and the Director of Elementary.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary for this full time role based on qualifications and experience
