Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
Incorporate Christian values and teachings into daily lessons and activities.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in educational practices.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
Profess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
State certification or licensure for teaching Elementary or Middle School Education.
Experience working with elementary-aged children in a classroom or daycare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a Christian learning environment.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
Proficiency in classroom management and organizational skills.
Willingness to participate in school events and community outreach programs.
