Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies and goals to achieve annual sales volume targets • Identify and prospect potential distributors and establish strong business relationships • Collaborate with distributors to create and execute effective sales and marketing plans • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities • Provide sales training and support to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills • Regularly review customer stockholding and range to identify opportunities to further enhance the availability and potential of our products • Regularly review customer websites to ensure the presentation of our products are correct, optimized, and key unique selling points are clearly identified • Provide input and ideas into the distribution marketing plan to grow brand awareness Qualifications: • Proven experience in successful B2B sales or distribution management, preferably from transducer, professional audio, musical instrument amplification, or electronics industries • Experience with CRM systems • Ability to manage and grow annual sales volume • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Enthusiasm for developing new business and contributing to sales and marketing strategy • Able to manage customer expectations and problem-solve issues Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
