Company Benefits: • Medical with company-paid contribution • Dental • Vision • Company paid Basic Life • Ancillary benefits • Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance • Critical Illness • Short-Term Disability • Long-Term Disability • Accident • Competitive 401K – up to 4% match • Competitive PTO • Paid Holidays • A fun, friendly, and collaborative culture – focus on a healthy work/life balance Responsibilities: • Use x-ray machines to take photos of the patients’ teeth so the dentist can clearly identify cavities or other oral health issues • Make patients feel at ease and taken care of before, during, and after the appointment • Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified • Remove plaque and apply fluoride or other sealants to prevent cavities and tooth decay • Record any changes to the patient’s health history and document the ongoings of each appointment Qualifications: • Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located • 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist • Associate’s degree and certification in dental hygiene program required, higher levels of education are highly valued • Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours at a time • In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations Compensation: $55 - $70 per hour
