    Elevate Dental Partners is searching for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Benefits/Team Value • Starting salary of $50,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience • Medical, dental, vision, and other benefit offerings • Flexible PTO • Hybrid work environment after 90 days • Competitive 401k – up to 4% match program • A fun, friendly, and collaborative culture with a focus on a healthy work/life balance Responsibilities: General Ledger Management • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for our dental practices and support team • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions • Work with the accounting team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Accounts Payable and Receivable • Work with an outsourced AP team to prepare invoices and serve as a backup when necessary • Verify invoices for payment • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies Bank Reconciliation • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Ad Hoc Projects • Participate in one-off analyses as determined by management • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives • Assist with audit and tax preparation Including working with external auditors as needed • Assist in the preparation of annual returns • Stay up to date about changes in accounting laws and regulations relevant to the dental industry Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft applications, especially Excel • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
