    We're searching for a houseperson with exceptional people skills who is enthusiastic and responsible. We require a multi-talented person capable of handling a wide range of duties. Our ideal applicant has at least one year of housekeeping or houseperson experience, as well as a strong commitment to providing service to the family they work for. Responsibilities: • Property Maintenance: Help to maintain a well-organized household, including regular cleaning, restocking of supplies, groceries, and other essentials (will have access to DD, Instacart, and other delivery services). This also means scheduling household repairs, planning events, etc. Understanding what needs to be done next without being told • Errands: Random errands, and necessary tasks for the family like drop-offs and pickups at the airport, amazon returns, post office runs, shopping, etc • Food Preparation: Planning and preparing some of the weekly meals and snacks • Clothing and Wardrobe: Dry cleaning, laundry (fold, put away, keep closet organized - Chris only) • Vehicle Maintenance: Overseeing the care and maintenance of vehicles, including scheduling services and repairs, as well as car washes/interior cleaning • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinating family schedules/appointments when necessary, including scheduling doctor’s appointments, planning and organizing travel (flights, accommodations), etc • Pet Care: Walks, transportation to and from daycare, veterinary appointments, and grooming • Content Creation Assistance: Ensure Chris’ studio is set up on recording days, equipment is functional, and efficient content creation cadence. Working with Chris’ assistant to ensure topics are created and he has talking points • Privacy and Trust: Keep our private life in confidence. We must trust you completely with our home and personal information Qualifications: • Must have 1 or more years experience as a houseperson, housekeeper, or similar position in hospitality field • Graduated high school, received GED or equivalent • Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques • Solid work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • Must love dogs and be comfortable around them Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
