    Who We Are Elevated Kids is a BCBA-owned company and a premier ABA/NDBI provider in the Greater Tri-state area that specializes in a naturalistic, developmental approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This evidence-based approach to ABA is called Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) and is considered best practice for young children diagnosed with ASD.     What We Do Elevated Kids is a family-focused, collaborative team of professionals specializing in the most effective developmental and behavioral services available for toddlers and young children diagnosed with ASD. Research shows that the best practice for ABA therapy with young children is therapy designed to be implemented in the child's natural setting and consisting of targeting developmentally-appropriate skills with a strong component of parent coaching and family involvement. At Elevated Kids, all early intervention services are provided in the child's natural environment setting (including home and preschool) and individualized to meet the specific needs of each child and family.

    Job Description We are seeking a creative BCBA who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and ASD and ready to join our expanding Pennsylvania team in providing each child and family with the highest quality and most effective treatment available. This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced and rapidly growing team on the forefront of best practice intervention in the world of early Autism care today! General Responsibilities

    Implement, develop, and and monitor ABA/NDBI treatment goals in accordance with each child's individualized treatment plan

    Supervise ABA/NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in the child’s natural environment setting

    Provide parent/teacher coaching and support; implement/model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques with parents/teachers during child’s everyday routines

    Conduct appropriate standardized and developmental assessments (i.e., Vineland-3, ABAS-3, SRS-2, ESDM Checklist, Social Communication Checklist, Functional Behavior Assessment, etc.)

    Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavior support plan and strategies as needed for family and/or school

    Collaborate with teachers and/or other caregivers and professionals

    Provide direct ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to bachelor and Master's level Behavior Therapists

    Aggregate and analyze appropriate data to make data-based decisions

    Prepare and present progress data in comprehensive progress report

    Adhere to all BACB standards

    Qualifications and Skills

    Master's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field

    Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

    Minimum of 1 year preferred working in a supervisory role with families and Behavior Therapists/RBTs

    Minimum of 2 years preferred working with young children (ages 0-8) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

    Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays

    Experience working with toddlers demonstrating delays in development or diagnosis of ASD is a plus

    Experience implementing NDBI in practice (i.e., ESDM, G-ESDM, JASPER, Project ImPACT) is a plus

    Prioritizes child-led and compassionate approach to care

    Possesses excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

    Passion to implement high quality, effective, child-centered intervention with toddlers and young children diagnosed with ASD
