    Our Client, a leading provider of facilities consulting and services, is seeking an Operations Administrative Specialist to join their team. This role ensures seamless office operations, manages travel, and actively supports light HR processes.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    Administrative Support:

    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
    • Manage office supplies and order as needed.
    • Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
    • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
    • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
    • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.

    HR Support:

    • Leverage your property management background to support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
    • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
    • Handle employee inquiries related to leave of absence (LOA), sick requests, and payroll, using your familiarity with HR practices in the commercial real estate industry.
    • Collaborate with HR and Payroll departments to process payroll accurately and on time.
    • Assist in maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Support the HR team in various HR-related tasks and projects.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office environment, and a background in commercial real estate property management.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, honed in the property management field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively.
