    Elevated Third is a thriving, digital agency located in the heart of downtown Denver. We don’t have any ninjas or rockstars working here. While we appreciate the passion and dedication that go into those vocations, we’ve found that throwing stars and lightning­-fast arpeggios are not the skills we need to turn out great digital work.

     

    What makes a successful candidate?

    An account coordinator will support a Sr. Account Manager on projects and provide daily support to ensure successful execution of digital projects for B2B clients. The account coordinator will be organized, proactive, have strong attention to detail, and able to prioritize work assignments to meet objectives.

    The work encompasses: client correspondence, scheduling, budget, and production oversight. You will work closely with client and internal teams to support project needs.  Above all, we are looking for someone who likes to have fun, is curious about how things are made, and will assume responsibility for their tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

     

    Daily tasks:

    • Support Sr. Account Manager with client & project management, email communication, and calls
    • Leave each client and internal meeting having a clear idea of decisions and action items for team members
    • Weekly team traffic and resourcing coordination (using internal project management tool Mavenlink)
    • Manage daily tasks for strategists, designers and developers (using internal project management tool Asana)
    • Maintain project timelines and budgets
    • Perform quality assurance of project deliverables before client review
    • Maintain project documents including status documents, SOWs, notes, and project requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Communications, or related field
    • Must follow directions, ask for clarification, respond quickly, while delivering high quality work
    • Desire to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
    • Must be able to learn and adapt with new technologies
    • Strong verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills
    • Ability to communicate with clients and internal teams
    • Previous relevant internships highly encouraged

    *If you are based in Colorado, the salary range for this position is $40-45k based on experience
