As Data Asset Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the digital assets of Elevation Church, including images, videos, audio, and all other related mediums. Additionally, you'll oversee the lifecycle of these resources and be the point of contact for all internal teams when assets are needed.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all assets and organize them using our folder & tagging structure, making links available for all teams in need.

• Maintain data models, evaluating possible changes on an ongoing basis.

• Act as a liaison for all teams who require access to digital assets.

• File all incoming assets to the digital asset management (DAM) system.

• Function as the main expert of the DAM system, providing technical support and troubleshooting services to users, including managing permissions.

• Monitor the needs of the church and DAM system usage and capabilities to ensure that it continually meets the evolving needs of the organization.
   

MUST-HAVES

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a focus in information systems or other relevant field.

• 2+ years experience in managing and maintaining a DAM and/or managing digital assets.

• Experience working with numerous file formats and various types of digital media.

• Currently involved/active in a local church.
   

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Prior experience working in a church or non-profit setting.
