Responsibilities:

Have the capability to generate leads as well as network with industry professionals for referrals.

Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline.

Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines.

Communicate a thorough understanding of our funding program to help prospective clients learn how our funding can help them accomplish their goals.

Qualifications:

Strong ability to do consultive sales, be coachable to learn of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as wanting to accept the role as a leader in your community.

Multiple years of business loans, real estate sales, loan origination, or lending sales highly desired.

Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required.
