We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Elevator Mechanic to join our team and take the lead on projects ranging from routine maintenance to full installations.

    Your Role

    As an Elevator Mechanic, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, installing, and modernizing elevator systems in commercial buildings. You’ll work independently or as part of a small team to ensure safe, reliable, and code-compliant operation of all systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic elevator systems.

    Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.

    Install and modernize elevator systems according to design specs and code.

    Respond to service calls and after-hours emergencies as needed.

    Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

    Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and supervisors.

    Qualifications

    Must have Certified Elevator Technician credential or equivalent.

    Must know how to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

    Must have OSHA 10/30 certification.

    Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Knowledge of local, state, and national elevator safety codes.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Compensation & Perks

    Hourly Rate: $40–$50/hour depending on experience and skill level
