    About Us

    Eleven Fifty Academy is a non-profit organization that exists to fill the nation’s technology skills gap by creating an ecosystem of coding, UX/UI, and cybersecurity talent that benefits the individual, their employer, and their community.

    Responsibilities:

    Work with Finance Manager and entire Finance team on various projects as needed

    Collect and match receipts for expenses against QuickBooks entries

    Create enrollment fee orders and new customers in QuickBooks

    Complete Finance Inventory Project

    Keep funding spreadsheets updated

    Maintain confidentiality, respect, and strong professionalism in all circumstances and events

    Other responsibilities as determined by Supervisor

    Requirements:

    Knowledge of bookkeeping practices

    Familiarity with QuickBooks

    Proven organizational skills and strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines

    Proven ability to collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams

    Ability to learn quickly when facing new situations and take on the challenge of new tasks

    Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

    Ability to work with thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks

    Ability to establish and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships and interact and connect with people at all levels in the organization
