And our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Liaison between the software company and management to analyze and document current business processes, research and recommend best practice/procedural improvements and systemize current manual processes.
- Lead I.T. Liaison for Pension, Accounting, Contributions, Collections, Eligibility, Call Center, and Change of Address.
- Serve as member of Vitech Steering Committee and represent users in all aspects of the Vitech installation
- Assist with data scrub, data conversion, system testing.
- Coordinate with Manager of Communications/I.T. Liaison regarding creation of website self service.
- Serve on editorial board of employee newsletter.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with 5+ years experience with health and pension funds preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of multi-employer pension and health plans
- Able to understand and facilitate the change process and its effect on self and others
- Able to analyze and evaluate information (critical thinking) and propose procedural improvements/efficiencies
