    And our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their team!

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Continuous secure access to all IT resources and develop best practices, procedures, and guidelines for IT
    • The ability to develop, implement and maintain IT processes for service request fulfillment
    • Develop, analyze and report on metrics from the IT service management system
    • Manage and maintain all resources for ERP systems, including database administration, systems administration, and Business Intelligence systems
    • Manage and maintain global IT infrastructure.
    • Anticipate future IT infrastructure needs and future ERP needs
    • Lead monthly IT Steering Committee meetings and manage, maintain, monitor Network security as well as oversee all IT related projects
    • Manage/monitor all software development and Disaster Recovery plans and processes, including server backups
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of technology equipment and negotiate project contracts with external vendors
    • Work closely with Finance/Accounting to propose IT capital spending
    • Research, evaluate, recommend new technologies, maintain and keep technology knowledge up to date
    • Communicate effectively with Executives and the organization to identify needs and propose solutions and strategies
    • Communicate all relevant IT-related information and project status updates to organization
    • Perform annual performance evaluations and participate in career development planning for IT staff
    • Develop IT related policies and procedures for the organization and ensure new operations plans, policies, procedures, and migration plans are consistent with overall company goals and objectives
    • Ability to create NetSuite reports to support other departments within the organization to meet their objectives
    • Ability to configure financial planning and budgeting using NetSuite Planning and Budgeting module
    • Develop and implement short and long-term plans to upgrade hardware and software systems

     

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in IT related field
    • Advanced technical knowledge NetSuite ERP system
    • 10+ years experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
    • Proven track record of successful IT project management and delivery
    • Solid understanding of budget development and oversight
    • Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and solving problems
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experienced in network administration with Windows services
    • Strong knowledge of Windows servers, MS SQL Server, DBA administration, VMWare, vCenter, Business Intelligence systems, Transact SQL, Pro-IV
