And our client is seeking an Solutions Architect to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement functional financial systems and technical solutions in collaboration with business partners.
- Analyze and optimize current financial systems and processes.
- Develop and implement financial system projects by defining project scope, timelines and budgets.
- Utilize vendors and third-party providers to integrate financial systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal software development teams to build out customized solutions as needed.
- Use documentation to guide and support the finance team on financial systems and processes.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in financial systems and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing financial systems and solutions.
- Ambitious, hard working and in pursuit of excellence and full ownership of the business
- In-depth knowledge of ERP, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting and forecasting, and accounting
- Experience leading complex financial system projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems, such as Oracle Financials Cloud or SAP S/4HANA, is a plus.
- U.S. citizenship is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
