Our client, a popular video game production company, is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to run the QA process at every stage of the software development life cycle. You will work with your team of software engineers, content developers, designers, producers and project managers to create value for users around the world.

Responsibilities

• Map your team's work to achieve product goals, while driving visibility on progress.
  
• Drive visibility on progress and hold team members accountable for quality based decision making
  
• Report the metrics that matter, using data to guide action.
  
• Help call out risks, impact, probability, and help plan mitigation.
  
• Communicate progress of assigned tasks, and blockers to you and your team's work.
• Create, Review, Maintain, and Automate Test Cases
  

Qualifications

• You understand what it takes to grow quality for a team, project or other multi-discipline effort.
  
• Quality Management: Planning, Assurance, Control, and Improvement.
  
• Test Strategy, Planning, and Design.
  
• Experience working with embedded with developers and content creators.
  
• Experience tasking remote testers daily, and providing feedback on effectiveness.
  
• 3+ years Software Quality Assurance Experience, with success leading testing efforts on a team.
  
• Automation of testing for Websites and Web Services

• ISTQB Foundation Level
  
• ISTQB Agile Tester or ICAgile Agile Testing (ICP-TST)
