This role is responsible for working closely with other IT teams to deliver optimal solutions to users. The ideal candidate has experience streamlining SDLC; excellent communication, time management & interpersonal skills; professionalism and a strong work ethic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and administer Jenkins/Azure DevOps environment
- Work with developers to enhance software build, deployment, and CI/CD workflows
- Work with QA team to streamline integration tests into the build pipeline
- Work with operations team to ensure optimal product performance and service reliability
- Maintain and enhance documentation on new and existing CI/CD processes and workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve software deployment issues
- Research and recommend new and applicable technology and solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering
- 3+ years in DevOps and/or Production Engineering
- Understand Cloud architecture, IAAS, and PAAS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent display of professionalism and strong work ethic
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects
- Azure DevOps Certification, a plus
- .NET/Python
