    Market Researcher / Prospecting Clients

    • Build and organize a comprehensive target list of prospective clients

    • Due diligence research on identifying names and contact information of respective hiring managers or key decision-makers

    • Add new prospective clients in CRM, and manage and track leads for Account Manager

    • Conduct outbound calls to set appointments with clients

    • Demonstrate the benefits of Eleven Recruiting’s services and solutions to prospective clients

    • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow up

    • Seek out new customers with existing ones daily

    • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business

    Candidate Research

    • Post and manage open jobs positions on various job boards

    • Perform daily outreach calls and sourcing of active and passive candidates

    • Create a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for hot positions using research, networking, referrals, database mining, etc.

    • Qualify candidates and set up interviews with recruiters

    • Gain a thorough understanding of open job descriptions for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants

    • Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a highly qualified pool of candidates

    • Enter and maintain candidate information into the applicant tracking system on a daily basis

    • Create, file and maintain a filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork

    • Review inbound resumes for high-volume roles

    Skills and requirements

    • 1 year of work experience (corporate environment desired)
