    Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in MidWilshire. 

    The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure architecture, as well as planning and maintenance of servers and data networks. The Infrastructure Engineer works with other Technology staff to identify system needs, propose solutions, and implement system changes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work on architecture design, deployment, and management of the following, but not limited to:
    • File servers
    • Application servers
    • Database servers
    • Active Directory (including Group Policy)
    • Backup & Disaster Recovery
    • Server virtualization
    • Storage infrastructure
    • Datacenter infrastructure
    • Firewalls
    • Cloud infrastructure (SaaS & IaaS)
    • Corporate Wide Area Network
    • Local Area Networks
    • Phone system
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers
    • Establish server & network specifications using industry best practices; analyze workflow, access, information, and security requirements
    • Evaluate network performance including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency
    • Provide service for escalated incidents and problems using ServiceNow

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field preferred
    • Minimum three years of experience with voice & data systems
    • Minimum eight years of experience in an infrastructure role
    • Certifications a plus (CCNA, MCSE)
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Server systems, technologies and servers
    • Expert knowledge of server virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V)
    • Expert knowledge of Active Directory
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems
    • Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, design and implementation (IP, gateway, DNS, routing)
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Experience with PowerShell
    • Experience with Microsoft SQL
    • Experience with enterprise VoIP technologies
    • Understanding of cloud environments: Office365, Azure, SalesForce
    • Ability to configure & troubleshoot network devices (Routers, Switches, Wireless)
