And we are looking for an E-Learning Specialist for our Legal Services client!
Responsibilities:
- Design and create engaging automated and e-learning programs that enable firm users to perform tasks efficiently
- Conduct and arrange technology training for onboarding new firm personnel
- Develop recorded live classes into e-learning content
- Design and develop videos and online content for new software rollouts
- Assist with editing/production of videos for firm and departmental special requests
- Assist in developing training programs and custom training materials such as online learning modules, software manuals and quick reference guides
- Create informational Tech Blog posts on a regular basis
- Time Spent: approximately 20% live training / 80% e-learning content design and creation
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years working in the legal training environment preferred
3-5 years as a software trainer in a large organization. 3+ years of creating e-learning content using Captivate, Articulate, or other similar software. - Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong consideration for ATD certification, Traveling Coaches Certified Legal Trainer, MOUS certification, or other similar training certification
- Microsoft Office, Document Management Systems (NetDocs, iManage).
- E-learning & video editing software, screen capture and image editing software, Learning Management Systems, MS Word Styles & Macros, Document Comparison software, Adobe or other PDF editor, legal billing software preferred
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000
