  • Responsibilities

    Our client, an Entertainment Law Firm, is seeking a Help Desk Support technician. This includes supporting workstations, mobile devices and basic server and networking issues. This position is also responsible for first tier support of AV and video conferencing systems, and issues with phones and fax systems.

     

    REPSONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform onsite and remote technical support
    • Gather, analysis and document information related to IT issues
    • Ability to research issues and problems independently
    • Provision new workstations and mobile devices
    • Manage IT assets and inventory
    • Basic administration of the telecommunication systems including the phone system and fax server
    • Create and maintain technical documentation
    • Participate in projects and perform other duties
    • Miscellaneous IT tasks and duties

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Exceptional skills in organizational dynamics and communication.
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
    • Two plus years supporting PC hardware and software in an office environment
    • Extensive knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat DC
    • Active Directory Admin experience
    • Some experience with supporting telephone systems is preferred.
    • Excellent planning, organizing, and writing skills.
    • Excellent problem analysis and solving skill.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times with respect to Firm’s business and Firm’s personnel.
    • Be resourceful, take initiative, and make recommendations
    • Experience working in an Entertainment or Premier Service Firm preferred
