Job Description
Our client, a cutting-edge interactive media company, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer skilled in full stack development to join their product team! In this role, you will help to build the architecture, tools and processes that will not just create and grow a top of the line experience in live streaming entertainment, but also provide a platform for the team to develop and iterate efficiently while pushing the boundaries of emerging technology. You should have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical work experience
5+ years of experience as a backend or Full stack engineer, with experience working with various programming languages (Python, Ruby, etc) and database systems (NOSQL & SQL)
Familiarity with streaming codecs, protocols and architecture as well as cloud based infrastructure management
Proven track record of successful launch and maintenance of large scale software applications
An interest in sports & eSports industry as well as digital, tech, and streaming media.
A collaborative mindset and work ethic, with a penchant for automation and iteration
