    We are seeking an experienced and passionate Financial Administrative Assistant to join our Elfant Pontz Properties team in Philadelphia, PA. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 salary range based on experience Responsibilities: • Create and maintain efficient filing systems both electronic and paper for all clients, documents, and correspondence. • Verify the correctness of financial transactions by conducting an audit and entering accounts payable and receivable into Quickbooks. • Oversee the processing of all incoming invoices, checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions. • Maintains the W-9 file in order to confirm the vendor tax ID numbers for the services provided. generates and completes the annual 1099 forms for the supervisor to review. • Generate weekly and yearly financial and statistics reports. • Assist with payroll processing and management. • Generate, maintain, and track financial data in Excel and an accounting system. • Assist in the preparation of materials for executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and agendas. • Provide data entry support for data entry, spreadsheets, and reports. Qualifications: • Accounting experience is much preferred. • Proven track record of handling large volumes of accounts payables in a timely manner. • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Accounts Receivable, and daily bookkeeping. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • A minimum of two (2) years of experience performing Accounts Payable related tasks; real estate industry experience preferred but not required. • Experience with MRI or other accounting software products is a plus.
