Compensation: • Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000 • 401k • Profit sharing • Year-end bonus Responsibilities: • Prepare month-end closing entries and monthly reports • Oversee daily cash management activities, including initiating wires and making relevant journal entries • Monitor daily/weekly cash flow • Process vendor invoices for the mortgage company • Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis • Compile monthly profit & loss statements • Generate monthly lender statements • Manage year-end closing processes and generate financial statements for related LLCs • Generate tax documents • Assist with quarterly bank audits Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Previous experience in the Mortgage industry • Thorough knowledge of Excel • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adhere to deadlines • Capacity to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced working environment Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000 yearly
