    We are currently looking for individuals to join our vibrant and energetic team. We are currently experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and are looking for Customer Service Representatives to play a key role on our team.

    Team members will act as the main point of contact for all customer relations to provide quality customer service to potential and existing customers. The role will cover primarily sales support functions to support our business, including quotation and sales order processing for products & services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
    • Deliver on KPIs and targets relating to sales, responsiveness, quality, and customer excellence
    • Ownership of customers queries, delivering a customer resolution, and highlighting product benefits to increase customer accounts
    • Demonstrate the value of our client's brand and services at every customer interaction
    • Own and drive self-development with a can-do attitude
    • Maintain effective work relationships with the team and leaders to ensure positive customer outcomes

    • Experience and understanding of the retail sales environment
