Responsibilities and Duties Apply paint to material evenly and within set requirements. Mix paint according to lab reports. Detect any imperfection with paint and report all to lead and/or supervisor. All duties assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or management. Responsible for understanding and executing company goals and objectives while actively contributing to the cohesiveness of the team. Must have experience with electrostatic spray guns in a high volume setting. Must be willing to work over time and some weekends.
