    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Warehouse Environment) to join our team! You will be responsible for providing effective Customer Service for all internal and external customers by using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Process pending customer orders.
    • Coordinating with the warehouse and other departments to collect necessary data to allocate and route freight.
    • Print and process all order related documents, pick tickets, shipping labels, folding packing list, breaking labels, and small parcel request.
    • Organizing pending outbound shipments.
    • Review and solve errors related to inventory shortages and allocation of order.
    • Communicating via email and phone with Customers, Consignees, and Carriers.
    • Making Bill of Landings (BL) and attaching any other relevant paperwork and confirming all information entered is accurate.
    • Review and solve errors related to routing orders and freight pick ups.

     

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and good data entry experience
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Available to a flexible schedule and overtime
