    Job Description

    We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Source, screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
    • On-board and train new employees
    • Conduct background checks
    • Implement company culture, values and policies
    • Provide management with requested reports and documents
    • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
    • Accurately maintain employee files
    • Conduct walkthroughs for potential new starts at client location
    • Build relationships with hiring managers at our client sites
    • Learn, in detail, about various job positions
    • Survey employees to determine job satisfaction
    • Provide management with requested reports and documents

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Previous experience in recruiting, or other related fields
    • Skilled in on-line recruiting, including Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, and Social Media platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bilingual: Spanish and English
    • 1-2 years experience in recruiting, or other related fields.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing industry
    • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
    • Must have onsite experience
