    Job Description

    We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team! You will recruit for BOTH technical/high-skilled positions and general labor warehouse positions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build relationships with hiring managers at our client sites
    • Learn, in detail, about various job positions
    • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
    • On-board new employees
    • Survey employees to determine job satisfaction
    • Provide management with requested reports and documents
    • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
    • Accurately maintain employee files

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
    • Skilled in on-line recruiting, including Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, and Social Media platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bilingual: Spanish and English

We mentor and require staff to develop capabilities. Half of the space in our newest branch is a dedicated classroom -this is the model for all future branches.
