Eligability Coordinator - Part-Time, Remote, Background Check Required
Location: Remote or Chicago (U.S.-based)
Position Type: Part-time
RxSaveCard was founded in 2024 with a mission to reduce pharmacy costs for employers and their employees. Our innovative model is unique in the market, and we are building a modern, card-based approach to prescription benefits that simplifies a complicated system. Our innovative model is backed by financial partners at Distributed Ventures and Rock Health.
We are a fast-growing company solving real problems—and we're looking for people who can operate at the intersection of data, operations, and client experience.
We're looking for a highly organized self-starter to help ensure eligible members are enrolled in our program in a timely and reliable manner. We receive eligibility files and feeds from our clients and partners – employers, benefit administration systems and others – on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
With our company's growth, that's become increasingly challenging! Frankly, we were more accommodating than we should have been in the busy season of onboarding clients, so now we need to bring better organization to the process.
We'll expect you to organize and keep watch over these various sources of enrollment data – think files, feeds, emails – to ensure every eligible person gets enrolled in a timely manner.
The role is likely 20-40 hours per week. This will need to be primarily during business hours, with some schedule flexibility once things get moving well.
The individual must be based in the U.S. and must complete a comprehensive background and financial screening.
If you're excited about making prescription drugs more affordable and want to be an early employee at a start-up company, we'd love to hear from you! Applicants should submit a cover letter that highlights what they bring to the role beyond what's provided here. If you're referring someone, please mention it in the letter as well. The position requires background screening. This person must work in the United States.
