    We're searching for a sales coordinator who is motivated to help our busy catering & banquet operation meet its sales targets. You will be in charge of executing our sales strategy and ensuring that we create new and recurring business across multiple properties. Responsibilities: • Coordination with the management team and department heads in designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve high occupancy and profitability • Solicit new guests with targeted outbound sales initiatives, such as personal calls to your network and phone solicitations to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups that will generate new revenue • Analyze market data and use it to develop methods for meeting financial targets, designing marketing plan deliverables, and developing an annual sales forecast • Coordinate with the operations team and clients to ensure their events run successfully Qualifications: • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Must be able to use basic computer software including Microsoft Office • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Previous hospitality industry experience preferred but not required Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
