Responsibilities of the Account Representative:
• Build rapport and collaborate with internal and external partners, peers, and employees.
• Effectively meet performance expectations by building morale.
• Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies to maximize returns for customers. •
Inform customers of current deals, product details, and sales promotions our clients offer within a retail setting.
Requirements of the Account Representative:
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must have a commitment to driving and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
