We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Seasonal Gate Guard to join our team this Summer 2024.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome and grant entry to pool guests courteously and professionally.
• Validate identification, permitting pool access exclusively to authorized individuals.
• Vigilantly observe the pool area for any irregularities or potential risks.
• Uphold a hygienic and secure environment for all pool attendees.
• Enforce pool guidelines and protocols.
• Promptly report any incidents or accidents to the pool manager.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Prior experience as a pool guard or security guard.
• Familiarity with pool safety protocols.
• Capability to stand for extended periods.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function both independently and within a team setting.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $16 to $17 an hour
• Comprehensive on-the-job training.
