Position: Customer Service

Location: East Brunswick, NJ

Pay: 18hr

Long Term Assignment

Our client is seeking a handful of seasonal CSR's to work in a fast-paced Customer Service department to get them through the holiday season. If you have any office experience in a customer service department and love to assist customers via phone, chat, and email, this opportunity may be for you. Qualified candidates must have hands-on working experience in a call center or customer service office environment and the ability to work with customers and diffuse difficult situations. Hours: 9-5 and occasional half-day Saturdays on a rotating shift will be required.

Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to work at this location.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in CSR role  
• Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in verbal/written English
• Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, UFOS)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Great problem-solving skills
