We are seeking a Client Success Manager who is passionate about home interiors, design, and residential real estate to join our team! Responsibilities of the Client Success Manager (CSM) include driving sales and converting leads by understanding client needs, educating prospects on our value, and ensuring a consistent client experience that is aligned with our luxury brand. The right candidate will have strong communication, leadership, project management, organizational, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will also enjoy analyzing information, and tracking the many details involved in sales, operations, and client relationship management, and will possess the ability to think through complex problems. The Client Success Manager is the front line of client communication via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts and takes initiative to guide clients throughout each phase of the sales pipeline. Key functions include selling prospects on the benefits of our services, working with the rest of the Client Services team to achieve our weekly sales goals, entering and maintaining data within our CRM software (Salesforce), spearheading communication with clients and our team to ensure an Elite client experience, maintaining our company calendar to schedule staging consultations, installations and move-outs, working with numbers to oversee client billing, as well as taking on individual projects to support our team. Schedule • Full-Time, M - F, 8:30 am - 5 pm, Hybrid Benefits • Paid time off program + 16 hours paid sick time • Paid company holidays + extended winter holiday paid time off • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401k • Parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers • Short and long-term disability • Life insurance • Wholesale furniture benefit • Elite Retreat vacation benefit in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Compensation • $70,000/year OTE including $55,000-$60,000 base salary dependent on experience + sales commission + bonus plan Responsibilities: Client Services + Sales • Promptly respond to incoming calls, emails, texts, and website-generated quote requests in a professional manner • Proactively guide prospects through the sales pipeline with regular and thoughtful follow-up • Overcome objections and negotiate win-win solutions • Uncover needs and educate prospects on how we can help them achieve their goals • Build strong client relationships and provide amazing customer service to exceed client expectations and help generate new and repeat business • Create and send staging estimates, contracts, and bills of sale • Manage client account, property, and product data in Salesforce • Provide timely updates via Slack channels • Oversee Slack channels and provide relevant information to the team such as schedule changes, important updates, etc. Scheduling • Maintain company calendar by scheduling design consultations, staging installations, move-outs, and other events or meetings and ensure all details in the calendar such as property access information and client contact info are accurate and up to date on a daily and weekly basis • Carefully balance our Design and Logistics teams’ bandwidth with client needs and timelines • Notify teams of all schedule changes and resolve property access issues in a timely fashion • Own and document scheduling processes and make updates to processes as needed Billing • Develop an understanding of our pricing structure and calculate rental rates and furniture purchase pricing • Generate and send client invoices and bills of sale, calculate prorated payments and refunds, resolve overdue client remittances, and pay vendor invoices • Own and document billing processes and update processes as needed Miscellaneous • Participate in team meetings and company culture outings • Enhance the client experience and advance our own efficiencies by contributing to the refinement of company processes Qualifications: Elite Austin will only consider high-energy and high-integrity applicants.
