    Logistics & Inventory Associate - Delivery & Installation Are you interested in building your career, a flexible schedule, and competitive pay? We’re hiring a temporary associate to join our team. You’ll be responsible for pulling jobs, moving furniture, assembling furniture, and loading and unloading trucks. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience. Schedule and Pay • Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm • Pay: $20 hourly for a 2-week trial period After a 2-week trial period (working interview)... • Potential full-time position at $40,000 salary + benefits Responsibilities: • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy • Deliver products to customers while following assigned routes and local traffic laws • Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner to provide an exceptional customer experience • Fill out any required documents such as delivery reports • Transport, and deliver new products to clients in a safe and timely manner • Inspect orders before and after unloading for accurate delivery • Assure customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience • Adhere to predetermined routes, schedules, and local traffic laws to ensure safe and efficient delivery • Transport, and deliver new products to clients in a safe and timely manner • Assist with logistics and warehouse operations • Assist with moving furniture, artwork, and décor • Communicate openly and effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations • Assemble new furniture • Help keep the warehouse clean and organized • Prompt start time, and commitment and availability to work until the job is done Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received equivalency • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in your state of residence and a clean driving record • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds • Preference for candidates with prior delivery driver or related job experience • Extremely reliable and shows up when scheduled and on time • Positive attitude, team player, flexible attitude • Self-starter and action-oriented executor • Creative problem solver • Strong communication skills • A meticulous eye for detail, and organization, and able to manage multiple tasks • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment • High integrity and accountability • Furniture assembly and repair skills; comfortable working with tools a plus (will train as needed) • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds • Long hours of standing, moving, bending, and lifting • Professional appearance • Must have your own, reliable transportation • (Please don't contact our office directly) Compensation: $40,000 yearly
